I recently got an invite from one of Wedding Industry’s Royal Couples, Dodjie and Sharon Fabian.

I gladly accepted as it was a celebration of the Philippine Wedding Summit’s 1oth year in business, an annual event organized by their very progressive Themes and Motifs. Being in the wedding industry, it is also my pleasure to have worked with them being the editor-in-chief of  their Ideas Magazine.

Well, I was a guest, a welcome change, as I am always at events for work, orchestrating it and making sure that all guests have a rocking time. I conceptualized my hat and went to one of my favorite make-up artists, the very patient and experimental Michelle Viray.

Here is how I looked at her studio

Then off to Marriott Hotel’s Grand Ballroom I went, together with my photographer for this post, Samantha Lostica. It is a lovely chance to see wedding suppliers very well dressed and having a great time socializing.

Its been 10 years of success for Philippine Wedding Summit. Wonder not where it will go for the next 10 years. Up, up. up, of course.

Go Dodjie and Sharon! Always make your parents proud!

Hats off to the whole team and thank you for loving my hat, thank you for my prize! Till the next event.

In Gratitude,

PS. When is your next hat party? I dare you to wear a SheBangs hat creation #wearifyoudare #shebangs
